The Victoria Gallery & Studios

The Victoria Gallery and Studios is located in the Park-to-Park National Register Historic Residential District on Old Settlers Park. The restored 1850's Federal Style home houses the studios and gallery and also provides accommodations for art students interested in onsite tutorials and workshops. The Victoria Gallery includes The Victoria Gallery Garden where students and visitors can view the Mississippi River, walk to the National Register Historic Downtown Business District, Railroad Museum, Old Fort Madison, or Historic Territorial Prison.

Guests may chose to take private painting tutorials under the direction of the a rtist, Dr. B. Marie Brady-Whitcanack.  Dr. Brady uses mediums of watercolor, gouache or acrylic as well as pencil drawing.Package painting tutorials and guest accommodations are available that include the bed and breakfast, evening snacks and breakfast meals as well as the lessons in the studios or on location, or Plein Air Painting along the Mississippi River.

Half-day tutorials in various mediums are available at a cost of $50.00 per student. Full-day tutorials are available at a cost of $75.00 per student.
