State Line Depot, built in 1901, is the last of six depots in Fulton Co. Ky. It operated to serve farmers and passengers for 50 years. It was part of the N. C. and St L Line, operating in Tennessee and Kentucky. There was a plan to cross the Mississippi River with a railroad bridge at Hickman. This plan was never carried out.
The community once had two stores, a grain company and stockyard.
