When did the business begin?
'BBQ is my bass boat, my Disney World, my motorcycle racing.' - Pat Burke
Pat started BBQing competitively in December of 1989. On the weekends at home, Pat would cook ribs for friends in his garage. Soon, community demand for quality hometown BBQ gave Pat an idea and Pat's BBQ and Catering was born. For 13 years Pat's operated out of a storage unit on 7th Street. The community support and continuing demand for delicious food and great service has been overwhelming. Pat's long time dream of opening a BBQ shop of his own design is finally came to fruition Spring of 2014.
What do you sell/do?

You can come in for a quick bite for lunch in the BBQ shop. You can also call in your order and Pat's staff will have it ready to pick up at the drive thru, or call Patty to organize catering for any size event. Pat's BBQ and Catering is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am-6pm.
Served weekly at Pat's BBQ is the mainstay - pulled pork slow cooked on the pit on site. Pat's also offers world championship winning ribs, smoked chicken wings, beef brisket and other items.

The most important asset to Pat's BBQ isn't a new building or any material things, it is the people. Pat's BBQ appreciates all of the community support and looks forward to serving the area well into the future.
