Nature Nooks Retreat is a beautiful place .... to relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate.
Nature Nooks Retreat is situated on 87 acres, with a mile of the West Fork of the Kickapoo River running through the property. Without getting back into your car, you can fish, kayak, tube (boats and tubes provided free of charge), bike on quiet country roads, and hike and ski along the modestly maintained miles of trails, right here at NNR.
We are in the geographic center of the Driftless Area's 24,000 square miles of unique topography, with easy access to countless spring-fed streams in an area known as the center of cold water fishing heaven in the Midwest. We are just ten miles from the Kickapoo Reserve, 8,400 acres of wild recreational land along the Kickapoo. Recreation areas of the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers are within easy access, and it’s a 45-minute drive from the Sparta-Elroy bike trail.
The modern, recently constructed units all have expansive views, and are a short walk to the river.
