Gardner House Museum

The Gardner House Museum houses historic artifacts and items from the Palmyra, Missouri, area.

The Museum was originally a stage coach stop and served as an overnight stop for passengers.  Saved from being torn down, it is now on the National Register of Historic Places.  Two floors of displays in 7 rooms showcase local history.  Palmyra's Chamber of Commerce is also housed in the Gardner House.

Visitors may tour the Museum on the corner of Main and Hamilton in Palmyra from 10a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  A tour may be arranged at other times by contacting the Heritage Seekers at Gardner House at 573-769-3076
