The River Nest Bed and Breakfast

The River Nest is a newer construction as of 2005 on the main channel of the Mississippi River. From November through March we have hundreds of eagles right out our window.

Our B&B has two suites with private bath, walk-in shower, queen bed, refrigerator, fireplace, Jacuzzi, sitting room and separate deck or patio. We are quiet, peaceful, restful and romantic. We have geo-thermal heating and cooling. We grow much of our own produce (raspberries, strawberries, garden produce, and apples). There is free internet and cable TV and we are just 1.5 miles from the National Eagle Center in Wabasha.

The River Nest serves a four course breakfast which includes a tray to your suite with coffee and treats an hour before the main breakfast.  We can do gluten free and other special requests as needed.
