Lodging Style and Amenities

The HoneyHouse is a barn-style cabin built in 2014 with an open floor plan that can easily accommodate six guests. It includes a complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and pans and dishes. Open floor plan with huge loft, featuring a 20-foot ceiling.There is also a new gas grill on the 40-foot covered porch. The cabin has HD cable, wi-fi, and a 50-inch flat screen TV. There is a downstairs bedroom, complete bathroom, and a loft with two queen-sized beds. All the amenities, yet Amish built to create that old-world charm.

Recreational Opportunities

You will be able to walk out your front door and across the road to a Class 1 trout stream for unbelievable trout fishing. This cabin is located on a quiet country trunk road where it is safe to hike, bike, or run. It is a great location for bicyclists and motorcyclists too. During the winter, you can attend a ski-jumping tournament just a few miles away. Snow shoe enthusiasts love this area. It is only a short drive to Wildcat Mountain State Park, with its many outdoor hiking, biking, and horseback riding activities. The well-known Kickapoo Valley Reserve, and 8,600- acre wildlife refuge, is only a few miles away. This area features many recreational activities for the whole family.
