Hawkeye Log Cabin

High on the bluff of the Mississippi River overlooking Black Hawk Spring, the Hawkeye Log Cabin depicts the simpler life of early settlers in Iowa. Located in beautiful Crapo Park in the south east corner of Burlington, Iowa, the cabin has been open to the public since 1971. Originally built in 1909, the cabin was used as a meeting place for the Hawkeye Natives Association.
